Interdependencies

People need each other.  This is the concept students learn when they work with the interdependency material. Children become aware that goods and services are traded through complex supply chains. Specific jobs are interrelated with others.  Students are introduced to the concept of global economy as products are made available to others.  In the words of the students, “Everybody needs everybody.”
