Monkey Bars:
It´s of great benefit for hand strength. They are a great way for children to develop their gross motor skills and visual hand eye co-ordination as they learn to swing from one bar to the next.
Up and Down stairs:
Walking up and down the stairs can help us in forming our muscles, especially our feet one´s making them stronger.
Walking up and down the stairs trains our breathing system and increases our breathing ability, so we are able to breath longer.
It also works visual foot eye co-ordination.
Jumping Feet Together:
This is a motor development milestone that requires balance and strength with the awareness of body motor planning.
