One of the activities we have done in our English circle this week was a short story, followed by the students putting into order the characters of the story. This activity encouraged the students to pay attention to the story and the use of their memories. One student started the sequence of the characters from the story and then others corrected and/or added another character.
The second task was the animal game, this task is where everyday the students have to remember animals and see how many we can name as a group. This game encourages them to raise their hands as well as using their memories.
Vocabulary used: Gingerbread man, little old woman, little old man, cow, horse, fox, animal names.
