The children sit in a circle and, following the assistant´s instructions, use their facial expressions and body language to show different emotions and physical states (fear, surprise, happiness, sadness, sleepiness, etc…).
Through this activity children learn to not only exteriorise their emotions and feelings, but also to better understand them. This is crucial for their emotional development and growth.
