Autumn has arrived which means it is time to starting making panelets. The children have been preparing two different types of panelets. They chose to make ones with coconut and quince. In the afternoon we took a walk down to the forest with the parents and we were able to try these delicious treats.
The children also performed a dance and sang a song called «La Castanyada». Here is the recipe of both types of panelets if you would like to try making them yourselves.
