The children perform 3 Yoga positions. First they are in a position like a Swan. They stay like this for 10 seconds.
Then they get into a position like a dog or cat, and hold it for 10 seconds also.
Next, they stand in the same position standing tall and majestic like a Tree. This time they hold the position for 15 seconds. All the time they are breathing correctly, and mediating or relaxing.
This teaches the children to breathe correctly and to learn relaxation techniques or methods, suitable for their age.
