Every day, in the Infant Community environments, we read a poem in circle time. These poems change every month and are written in three different languages: Catalan, Spanish and English; giving children a new opportunity to improve their vocabulary and memory skills, as well as understanding and enriching themselves with the different languages we implement in the school. They are normally characterized for being short and tend to be followed by different signs so children that haven’t developed language skills yet can participate.
