We have started a new school year, new classes, new teachers and new students. Everything we knew last year has changed. We are older or we are new students or simply more aware.
So the activity presented to these students has been going on since the beginning of the term.
The importance of joint mobility before an activity and stretching after the session has finished. I chose long jump for the physical education hour so I could show how to work on the joint mobility( circular foot, hip, head, arms movement, bending knees…) and take awareness of the importance it has in sport so we don´t have an injury. Stretching after is important to. They follow a routine and focus on the meaning of this exercise and there breathing so they can help relax the body and mind after a good training session in the sun.
